Walter Ego remixes Stubborn Heart’s ‘Penetrate’

Sheffield-based producer Walter Ego has remixed Stubborn Heart’s new single ‘Penetrate’.

Already recipients of Rough Trade and Mixmag ‘Album Of The Month’, the band have had strong club reactions and scooped the ‘Album Of The Year’ gong at the Gilles Peterson Worldwide Awards (January 19th), beating off stiff competition from the likes of Frank Ocean, The Invisible and Bobby Womack to take the top spot.

Stubborn Heart’s effortless future electronic soul has struck a note with fans and critics alike, drawing comparison with artists like Talk Talk, The XX, Radiohead and SBTRKT.
