THE COMPUTERS: FULL ALBUM STREAM ON ROCKSOUND!

22 Apr 2013

Rocksound are streaming The Computers new album ‘Love Triangles, Hate Squares’ on their website a week ahead of its release on 29th of April! Click here to hear it in full for the first time.

Produced by Mark Neill (Black Keys) the album was recorded in Georgia in the US and showcases a progression from the band’s first album. Whilst retaining the energy and urgency of their punk roots, the new record embraces their love of melody and soul with nods to Elvis Costello, The Jam and the Small Faces as well as contemporary blues and pop.

The second single from the album, also called ‘Love Triangles, Hate Squares’, is released today on 7” vinyl and download.

In the band’s own words “the video for Love Triangles, Hate Squares sees us imagine a world where some tragic figures of rock n roll never ‘made it’. For anyone who feels like their life is stuck on repeat”. Watch it here.

Having already made a quick-stop tour of the UK in January, The Computers will embark on a headlining UK tour in May followed by a string of summer festivals. Before all that the band will play a string of free in-store shows at record shops around the country during the week of the album’s release.
