THE COMPUTERS ANNOUNCED TO PLAY LOVE SUPREME JAZZ FESTIVAL 2014

The Computers have been announced as part of the line up for the Love Supreme Jazz Festival 2014 this July. Love Supreme brings together 3 days of artists from the four corners of the world of Jazz; from Funk to Soul, Blues to Fusion.The festival takes place in the charming village of Glynde and is set against the gorgeous backdrop of Glynde Place. The Computers will be playing on Saturday 5th and will join other acts such as Laura Mvula, Jamie Cullum, Soul II Soul and Gregory Porter.

The Computers’ recent album, ‘Love Triangles Hate Squares’, was produced by Mark Neill (Black Keys) and was recorded in Georgia in the US, showcasing a progression from the band’s first album. Whilst retaining the energy and urgency of their punk roots, the new record embraces their love of melody and soul with nods to Elvis Costello, The Jam and the Small Faces as well as contemporary blues and pop
