Samaris: Exclusive Music Video Premiere on The 405

Samaris’ new video for the new track ‘Ég vildi fegin verða’ premieres today on The 405. ‘Ég vildi fegin verða’ is the lead single off the forthcoming album ‘Silkidrangar’, set to release on May 5th. Read the full article here and watch the video below:

Formed in 2011 in Reykjavik, within months Samaris had won both the Icelandic Músíktilraunir (past winners include the likes of Of Monsters and Men) and Kraumur Award. The band performed at Iceland Airwaves in 2011 and 2012, attracting the attention of Line Of Best Fit, Drowned In Sound and NPR amongst many others. ‘Silkidrangar’ is set to be the band’s second release following on from their debut self titled album released in the summer of 2013.
