Independent Label Market this Saturday!
Following the success of our first stint at the Independent Label Market just before Christmas - not to mention the fun had - we’ll once again be running a stall at Spitalfields Market in London this weekend, alongside a host of other indies, selling all sorts of records, CDs, DVDs, obscurities, merch and rarities.
Falling in OLI’s 25th birthday year we will be stocking a few special items including the Limited Special Edition of Sinead O’Connor’s new album ‘How About I Be Me (and you be you)?’ - a hardcover 46 page book housing the CD, a bonus live CD recorded in Dublin, London and Reykjavik, a DVD of exclusive video content and an artwork poster. The book contains lyrics, sleeve notes by Sinead, Joseph O’Connor and John Grant and exclusive photography.
Also on offer are signed copies of Dan Sartain’s tribute to when punk rock was real, ‘Too Tough To Live’ and ashtrays – uniquely fashioned from copies of Dan’s Third Man ‘Bohemian Grove’ 7” by the maverick genius himself!
And while we are talking punk rock, it’ll be your first chance anywhere in the world to lay your hands on FLATS debut long-player ‘Better Living’ on lovely orange 12” vinyl ahead of its official June 4th release!
Finally there will also be exclusive Björk items for sale and a raffle for a copy of the exquisite - not to mention ultra, ultra-rare ‘Biophillia’ Ultimate Edition!(anyone spending £5 or more at the stall will automatically be entered into the draw).
Come and say hello!
