Independent label Market in Spitalfields, London

30 Nov 2012

We’re super excited because tomorrow is the AIM Independent Label Market in Spitalfields, London and once again, OLI has a stall.

We’ve got some amazing records on sale from what has been a very exciting and busy year for the label. In the crates this time around you will find brand new vinyl releases from Bjork, Sinead O’Connor, Flats, The Computers, Stubborn Heart and Cody ChesnuTT. We have Totem Series re-issues by A.R.Kane and Disco Inferno and a box of collectors booklets that accompany both albums which we are giving away for FREE! That is by no means all. We have tons of other stuff, some new, some old and lots of limited editions.

And to cap it all, The Computers will be making an appearence and doing a shift behind the counter so you can buy a copy of their ultra rare Misfits 10” direct from the band themselves.

The market is open from 11 until 5 and there will be a bunch of other amazing labels present including the good folks of Angular, Bella Union, Fabric, Peacefrog, Heavenly, Moshi Moshi, Ninja Tune, R&S, Soul Jazz, Sunday Best and Rough Trade.

So come down, say hi and support your local friendly independent record label.

Read an interview with One Little Indian owner Derek Birkett on the label and what we’re selling at the market here.
