BJÖRK PICKS UP ‘DIGITAL GENIUS’ AWARD
Björk walked away with a ‘Digital Genius’ award from the O music MTV awards. The digitally minded awards show saw fans casting more than 20 million votes for their latest offering. Up against Wayne Coyne of the Flaming Lips, director Chris Milk, DEVO and Girl Talk, it was Biophillia that dropped an impressive series of interactive iPad apps, custom made instruments and innovative live shows. Björk’s dedication to inventive storytelling has pulled through once again!
