Label: One Little Indian

Rose Kemp started out singing with her parents’ (Rick Kemp and Maddy Prior) band Steeleye Span whilst she was still a teenager, singing on other folk records and releasing her debut solo album ‘Glance’ in 2003. The following year, she switched to playing the electric guitar and made a rock record, originally called ‘The Free To Be Me EP’. Kemp signed to OLI in 2005 and released her second LP, ‘Hand Full Of Hurricanes’ in 2007, followed by ‘Unholy Majesty’ in 2008.
