Q. I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
A. If you have not received an order confirmation, don’t panic! So long as you received a confirmation from Worldpay or Paypal, we will have received your order. If you want further clarification then please email us with your full name, billing address and order and we will be happy to confirm that it has been received at our end.
Q. I have bought pre-order and available products together in one go. When will I receive my order?
A. If you have ordered pre-order products as well as available products, the whole order will be dispatched to arrive on the release date of the pre-order. Please order other items separately if you can't wait until the release date for delivery.
Q. Where is the tracking number for my order?
A. If you have chosen courier as your postage method, we will send you the tracking number as soon as it is dispatched. Please note that Royal Mail packages cannot be tracked but all items will be shipped first class.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Most orders are dispatched within five working days. You will receive an automated email when the goods have been shipped. Delivery time depends on territory:
UK - up to 5 working days
EU - up to 10 working days
NON-EU - up to 25 working days
USA - Due to Home Land security measures the current delivery time is up
to 35 working days.
Q. What should I do if some of my order is missing?
A. The usual reason is that your order has been sent out in more than one package and you haven't received them all yet, possibly because one or more of your ordered items is awaiting stock. Rest assured the remaining items on your order will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available.
Another cause is that one of the items on your order is now out of stock and is no longer being produced. You will receive an e-mail notification to this effect and a refund for this item will be credited on to your card.
Q. What should I do if my order has been damaged in transit?
A. We take a great deal of care when packing orders to make sure that the items you’ve ordered arrive undamaged, however, occasionally goods do get damaged in transit. If you discover something in your order is damaged you should contact us and explain the situation. We will arrange for replacements to be sent out to you and instruct you on what to do with the damaged ones. Do not send the damaged items back without having contacted us first.
Q. I have a problem with the products I received, what should I do?
A. If you have any problems with your received order please get in touch and we’ll do our best to put it right.
Q. What do I do if the goods I ordered haven't arrived?
A. Please contact your local postal delivery office to see if they are holding your goods for you. If the postal delivery office hasn't been able to help you, email our customer service team with your order number and item missing on firstname.lastname@example.org who will then investigate the matter for you.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning "The Company" means One Little Indian. "Customer" means the customer of the company. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by The Company to the Customer.
Payment shall become due upon placement of the order except in the case of mail order. Payment for orders placed by fax or mail shall be included with the printed order form. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of The Company's choosing. Carriage will be at cost to the Customer and forms part of the invoice. We aim to dispatch goods within 5 working days.

PRE ORDERS :
Any product purchased marked as a 'pre order' will be available for dispatch and distribution at a later date, this date will be written within the product description however will be subject to change. Your credit/debit card will be charged at the point of purchase.
Claims arising from damage delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to The Company within seven working days of delivery. The Company shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the Customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by The Company promptly return any of the goods subject of any claim and any packing materials securely packaged and return them to The Company for examination.
a) If the Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, The Company shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.
b) If the Customer establishes that any of the goods are defective The Company shall, at its option replace them with similar goods or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.
c) In no circumstances shall the liability of The Company to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
TAXES AND DUTIES :
Customers must be aware that they may be liable to pay Import Taxes and Duties if value of goods ordered are of a value over their national import thresholds.
Goods that are faulty or do not fit must be returned to One Little Indian, 34 Trinity Crescent, London SW17 7AE within 7 working days of the item being received by the customer.
The Company reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated in the catalogue including slight differences in colour, shade and size.
The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.
MAILING LIST :
By registering with the shop, One Little Indian may use your e-mail address to send you appropriate news, updates, ticket info etc.
DIGITAL CONTENT SYSTEM REQUIRMENTS :
Use of downloadable music content services will require a device such as a computer with a music playback programme installed, Internet access (fees may apply), and certain software (fees may apply), and may involve obtaining updates or upgrades from time to time. High speed Internet access is strongly recommended.
DIGITAL CONTENT USAGE RULES :
a. Your use of the Products is conditional upon your prior acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
b. Products may be downloaded once per transaction/order
c. Your license of Products as authorized hereunder permits you to use the Products only for personal, non-commercial use, and not for redistribution, transfer, assignment or sublicensee, to the extent permitted by law.

d. You shall be permitted to export, burn (if applicable) or copy (if
applicable) Products solely for personal, noncommercial use.
DIGITAL CONTENT CANCELLATION RIGHTS :
a. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without penalty and without giving any reason until delivery of the Products has started.
b. One Little Indian reserve the right to not refund or cancel a digital content order once delivery of the product has begun. The download service commences immediately when you begin to download your product and you will not have the right to withdraw or cancel your order after this point.
