The Pond is a ‘democratic mud pit’ in which Kathryn Williams - ‘Without doubt one of the most authentic folk voices in the country’ (Q) - has teamed up with fellow musicians, Simon Edwards and Ginny Clee for an album project – more Gorillaz than Guthrie - that will take many by surprise. Their self-titled debut is released by One Little Indian on 28th May.
